Designed with ample space, these large corner rooms feature a workstation, an extra table and chairs, and a brilliant corner bathroom with a large shower, double vanity and skyline views. Some rooms offer the iconic window bench along the aspen-eye shaped windows, allowing you to lay back and enjoy the surrounding view.

Pasque

Pasque offers a refined cuisine that explores the riches of each season in an elevated dining experience, located on the ground floor of Populus. The menu features an array of fresh plant-based ingredients complemented by proteins from both land and sea. The restaurant gets its name from the Pasque wildflower, an early-blooming flower native to Colorado.

Stellar Jay

Stellar Jay offers a vibrant rooftop dining experience featuring live-fire cooking with shared plates amidst Colorado’s urban and mountain vistas. The nature-based menu honors ingredients cooked over the open flame and inspired by seasonal harvests. The name Stellar Jay is a playful nod to the charismatic bird, “Steller’s Jay”.
